Sometimes 5 sets of eyes and 3 computer programs don’t catch every mistake, so here’s a patch to fix some of those mistakes as well as a small bug that was found!
Fixes: -Sero date CG now unlocks in Gallery -Fern ending blog graphic has the correct text -Misc. spelling and grammar corrections As always, let us know if you’ve found any other issues or have any questions! Cheers! Ace in Space is finally here!
It’s been 1 year, 8 months, and 22 days since we decided to make Jon’s (unfinished) short story “Leaving Earth” into a visual novel/dating sim. At times it honestly felt like we’d never get to this point, but somehow here we are! We’re incredibly grateful for all of the support we’ve received from family, friends, and the lovely folks on the internet! We hope you all will be just as enthusiastic about our future projects as you have been with this one! We have plans to add a few accessibility features as well as some additional content (free!), so stay tuned for more information on that and other projects. In the meantime, we look forward to hearing what you all think of the game! As always, if you have any questions, comments, or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out! -Development Stats- Days in development: 632 Words (including code): 68318 Words (dialogue): 45,798 Images used: 236 Audio files: 35 Lines of code (in-game): 16,728 Engines used: 3 Engines broken: 2 (“My bad.” -SB) Laptops broken: 2 (“I only broke 1 of those!” -SB) Giant Toblerones eaten: 4.15 (“Please stop giving me Toblerones, I beg of you.” -SB) One more week until launch! :O

We’ve officially teamed up with an incredible local composer who is going to be doing the soundtrack for Ace in Space! Because of this, our plan for an October release isn’t viable anymore.
So, we’ve decided that Valentine’s Day would be perfect and will also give our composer plenty of time to create some amazing tracks for the game! So sorry for any inconvenience, but it’s going to be 100% worth the extra few months! 💜 |
